How Do I Place An Order?

Items can be ordered here on our website through credit card, PayPal, or Shop Pay.

Payment & Shipping

We are currently accepting major debit and credit cards.  Unfortunately, we do not accept payment from foreign credit cards at this time.  

Due to the global pandemic, we currently are shipping orders in the U.S. and Canada only.  All domestic orders over $50 will ship for free.  We do not offer free shipping on international orders at this time. 

If you would like to ship to a military destination, such as an APO/FPO or MPO, please email us at untamedleatherco@gmail.com for more information.  We will check the destination countries restrictions and send an invoice for your order.

All products are guaranteed to ship within 5-10 business days from your order date.  Please contact me if you need an order rushed, and I will be able to tell you if I can get the item to you in time.  

Due to the recent USPS structural changes, shipping times have been extremely delayed.  Priority shipping which used to guarantee 1-3 business days is now taking 4-7 business days.  First Class Mail is just as long if not longer.  If you have questions about shipping, please inquire at untamedleatherco@gmail.com.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  All lost or stolen packages must be reported as claim to USPS.  Mail that is returned as incorrect address will have to pay additional shipping to be sent out again.  

 Delivery & Processing Times:

Our Pieces are 100% Beautifully Handcrafted by the owner thus please understand that your order will not be immediately shipped out. Orders are processed for shipment within 5 to 10 business days excluding weekends & holidays. Orders placed during sales & promotions may experience a delay outside of our normal processing times due to high order volume during that time.

Every effort is made to ensure that every detail is perfect from creation to packaging.  However, if when you receive your order and you are not one hundred percent happy with it, please contact us directly at untamedleatherco@gmail.com  You may also use the "Contact Us" form located on our website.

Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm EST.  Please do not hesitate to send us a message.  We do our best to answer all messages in a timely manner.

Wooden Earrings 

Nondisclosure agreement: All wooden earrings with color are stained by hand and sealed.  Every effort has been taken to remove any access dye during the creative process.  This does not typically happen.  However, it is our recommendation to not expose these to water as it may cause the dye to run.

Acrylic Jewelry Care

Care Instructions

  • - Treat your jewelry with care. Even though acrylic jewelry is durable, they are still delicate. When not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing them on a jewelry board.
  • - Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreens etc. Sometimes these can react with acrylic and cause discoloration (not often!). We recommend leaving your jewelry off until the final touch!
  • - Cleaning your jewelry: A wipe with a microfibre cloth will remove most dust, and if not, a dash of water will do the trick.
  • - Avoid wearing your acrylic earrings in water. Getting stuck in the rain is ok, but we don’t recommend swimming or showering in them.
  • - We also recommend not sleeping in your acrylic earrings.

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at untamedleatherco@gmail.com .  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.  If this happens, photos must be provided.  We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Please be aware that due to the unique and handmade nature of each product, colors and shapes may vary slightly from the photos and descriptions.  Each item is handcrafted from genuine leather wood, cork or faux leather and pieced together with a nickel free hook.  Sterling silver hooks, posts, and clip-ons are available as well.  

Benefits of Leather Earrings 

Leather and faux leather earrings are very lightweight and easy to wear.  Most of the time you don't even realize you are wearing them.  They're also extremely easy to take care of.
